Marinated Cucumbers, Onions, and Tomatoes Salad

This refreshing and tangy Marinated Cucumbers, Onions, and Tomatoes salad is perfect for summer picnics and BBQs. Quick to prepare and full of vibrant flavors, it’s a great side dish or standalone meal.

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup white distilled vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine Vegetables:
  • Place the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and onion rings in a large mixing bowl. Toss to combine.
  1. Prepare Dressing:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, basil, salt, and pepper.
