Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole 🐔🧀
This Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake is a delicious, creamy casserole loaded with juicy chicken, ranch, bacon, and topped with golden, cheesy biscuits. It’s easy to make and perfect for a cozy family meal.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken (or canned chicken)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- ¼ cup cooked, chopped bacon
- 1 (12 oz) can refrigerated Grands Jr Biscuits
- 1 additional cup grated cheese (for topping)
Instructions:
- Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Mix Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup of grated cheese, ranch dressing mix, and cooked bacon.
- Prepare Biscuits:
- Cut each refrigerated biscuit into 4 pieces.
- Toss the biscuit pieces with the chicken mixture until everything is well combined.
- Assemble:
- Pour the chicken and biscuit mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of grated cheese evenly over the top.
