Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole 🐔🧀

This Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake is a delicious, creamy casserole loaded with juicy chicken, ranch, bacon, and topped with golden, cheesy biscuits. It’s easy to make and perfect for a cozy family meal.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken (or canned chicken)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
  • ¼ cup cooked, chopped bacon
  • 1 (12 oz) can refrigerated Grands Jr Biscuits
  • 1 additional cup grated cheese (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prepare:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  1. Mix Filling:
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup of grated cheese, ranch dressing mix, and cooked bacon.
  1. Prepare Biscuits:
  • Cut each refrigerated biscuit into 4 pieces.
  • Toss the biscuit pieces with the chicken mixture until everything is well combined.
  1. Assemble:
  • Pour the chicken and biscuit mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of grated cheese evenly over the top.
  1. Bake:
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the biscuits are golden brown.
  • For crispier biscuits, place the chicken mixture at the bottom of the dish and arrange the biscuits on top.
